So as parents the most important thing we can do for Hayden and Bryant is to teach them about God and his amazing love in hopes that they might one day decide for themselves to believe in and accept that love and follow him.
And yesterday Hayden did! When I imagined my boys professions of faith they were going to be a few years older, but it's about God's plan and not Jaclyn's. Here is a copy of the prayer he prayed written in his own handwriting.
Can't believe my angel will be baptized soon. So glad it has happened at this exact time. So glad it will take place at our church here in La Grange. So glad it will be done with Pastor Jonathan who Hayden knows and likes so much.
My heart is so happy.
